Orders are processed automatically right after you make them. If an order is cancelled before the delivery is processed (within 2-3 hours), no return fees will be charged.

No return fees will be charged, and you will be able to exchange the product or get a coupon to be used later on our website.

If you just don’t want the product anymore, as long as it is not used at all, and within one week from your purchase. You can return it, a fee of 5 JDs (7 US Dollars) for Jordan orders, or $15 for other countries will be charged, and you will get a coupon of the left value to be used on our website for future purchases.

This option is available for Jordanian orders only.
